Prof.Dr. Işın ÜNAL ÇEVİK MD, PhD has graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. She completed her "Neurology" residency in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology, and latercompleted "Neuroscience" PhD programme in Hacettepe University Institute of Neurological Sciences andPsychiatry.
Between years 2002-2004 she trained as a fellow (research and clinical fellow) in Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, Pain Center, Boston, USAand completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME )"Pain Medicine" clinical fellowship program.She has an ECFMG certification.
In 2005 she had her "Associate Professor" degree and in year 2010 "Professor" degree in Neurology.
Main research and clinical interest areas are pain mechanisms, pain management, headaches and neuropathic pain.
