ALL-DAY VISITOR CARD
After the hospitalization document of the patient is signed by the relevant faculty member, hospitalization procedures are carried out in Patient Admission Unit.
All-day visitors are allowed on condition that it is deemed required by the physician responsible of treatment of the patients. All-Day Visitor Card is issued by Patient Admission Unit and handed to the relative of the patient.
This card is valid until the patient is discharged and should be returned to Patient Admission Unit when the patient is discharged.
Meal and bed services are provided in return for all-day visitor fee in single (private or suit) rooms.
SPECIAL VISITOR CARD
If deemed necessary by the physician of the patient, a patient relative can apply to Patient Admission Unit with a document indicating the requirement. The person is given Special Visitor Card by Patient Admission Supervisor.
Holders of Special Visitor Card can stay with the patient only during the hours deemed appropriate by the physician. This card is valid until the patient is discharged and should be returned to Patient Admission Unit upon being discharged.
Special Visitor Card does not qualify as All-Day Visitor card. Relatives of patients who hold Special Visitor Card cannot benefit from bed and meal services.
The cards of those, who do not comply with the period and rules written on the card, are cancelled permanently.
