She has graduated from Hacettepe University Medical School in 1994. After completing her residency in 2002 at Gazi University Department of Psychiatry, she has been at Baylor College of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, as an observer in Geriatric Psychiatry Unit for 4 months in 2002. In 2005 she has completed her clinical fellowship on Geriatric Psychiatry, in Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Department of Geriatric Psychiatry. Between 2005-2009 she has studied at Baskent University, Department of Psychiatry. She studies at Hacettepe University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry Unit since May 2009.
