Dr. Demir, graduated from University of Ankara, School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his psychiatry residency training in University of Hacettepe, School of Medicine in 1997. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Baylor College of Medicine, Sleep Disorders and Research Center (Houston, TX) for one year between 1995-1996. Among his major fields of interest are; sleep and mood disorders, neurocognitive aspects of psychiatric disorders, personality related issues and dynamic psychotherapies.
