1988 Gaziantep doğumlu olan Dr Erdem Fadıloğluilk ve orta eğitimini Gaziantep'tetamamlamıştır.
2005 yılında Adana Fen Lisesi’nde mezun olduktan sonra Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ne başlamış ve 2012 yılında mezun olmuştur. Takiben 2013-2017 yılları arasında Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Kadın Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum ihtisasını tamamlamıştır. Sonrasında 2017 yılı içerisinde Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Perinatoloji Bilimdalı’nda Perinatoloji yandal eğitimini tamamlamıştır. 2021-2023 yılları arasında Gaziantep Cengiz Gokcek Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Hastanesi’nde perinatoloji uzmanı olarak çalışmış ve 12 Haziran 2023 tarihinden itibaren Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı Perinatoloji Bilimdalı’nda Öğretim Üyesi olarak görev yapmaya başlamıştır.

Çalışma alanı yüksek riskli gebelikler olup maternal ve fetal problemlerle komplike giden gebeliklerin izlemi konusunda tecrübe sahibidir. Ayrıca prenatal tanı ve tedavi amaçlı kullanılan invaziv işlemleri de kliniğimizde uygulamaktadır.
